Who we are

Nordet is a workflow automation studio based in Montréal, Québec. We build and operate automated workflows for our clients. If you have any question about this policy or about your data, write to us at hello@nordet.cloud.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to talk to you and to do the work.

• When you use our contact form: your name, email address, company, and the message you send us.
• When you have an account on our client portal: your name, email address, and sign-in data.
• When we operate a workflow for you: the data that workflow processes. We handle this data on your behalf, under the terms of each engagement agreement.

How we use it

We use contact information to respond to you. We use account and workflow data to provide and operate the service you engaged us for, and to keep it secure. That is the whole list, we do not use your data for anything else.

Where it lives

Your data is stored on reputable cloud infrastructure. Depending on the service, data may be processed in Canada and in the United States. Each client's workflow data is kept isolated from every other client's.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. We do not use third-party analytics beyond the standard logs kept by our hosting provider. Credentials you authorize us to use are stored securely and are never shared.

Retention

We keep contact messages for as long as they stay relevant to the conversation. Data processed by a workflow is retained according to the engagement agreement it belongs to. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Québec residents have rights under the province's privacy law (Law 25), and Canadians generally have rights under PIPEDA. This policy is written to respect both; it is not legal advice.
